Together, as we have said, we have spent 59 years in this business, well not each one of us..... But together ... And again, you see a lot of discrimination. Maybe its not as blatant or obvious as it was 29 or 30 years ago, but still, in some areas of the country - it is so obvious that we need a change and we need to eliminate discrimination in the workplace.
