This agency has never stopped trying to realize its mandate to eliminate discrimination in the workplace. There has always been a very steady focus. We've had any number of Chairpersons come in and rearrange the way we would go about doing that; shift priorities around a little bit, and so forth, but the mission has always been the same. The people who work here don't have to think a lot about what this agency does, or is supposed to do, because it's a given.
