John Mosby

John Mosby is an attorney in private practice who specializes in employment law since 1974. Mr. Mosby worked as a trial attorney for the EEOC from 1974-1980, where he handled pattern and practice suits, or class actions, including EEOC V. CFI Steel Corporation, and EEOC v. Sackowitz Department Stores, among others. He recently settled a federal sector employment discrimination class action case brought on behalf of a nationwide class of people with disabilities who were placed in dead end “rehabilitation” positions, Glover/Albrecht v. U.S. Postal Service, resulting in the largest recovery in a disability employment case.
