Allison Nichol

Allison Nichol is a Deputy Chief of the Disability Rights Section of the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice where she oversees litigation under Titles I, II and III of the ADA, GINA, portions of the Help America Vote Act and is a member of the task force working on the National Strategy on HIV/AIDS. She is a nationally known trial lawyer and lecturer on ADA issues and trial practice, tactics and strategy and adjunct professor at Georgetown Law.
