This represents an increase of 5 employees over FY 2009 and an increase of one employee since FY 2006. The participation rate for FY 2009 was 1.3% and for FY 2006 was 1.36%. Over the 5-year period ED had a net decrease of 0.04% in the participation rate of employees with targeted disabilities.
