Brown Bag Session on Transgender Issues in the Workplace

EEOC hosted experts from the National Center for Transgender Equality and the National Gay and Lesbian Taskforce as featured speakers at a question & answer session on transgender issues in the workplace. - Sharon McGowan, Attorney, Appellate Section, Civil Rights Division, U.S. Department of Justice. (Prior to joining DOJ, Sharon served as co-counsel for Diane Schroer in her case against the Library of Congress); and
