On March 8, 2011, the EEOC first sought public comments on the design of a Preliminary Plan for Retrospective Review of Significant Regulations (Preliminary Plan). On June 6, 2011, the EEOC posted its Preliminary Plan at http://www.eeoc.gov/laws/regulations/retro_review_plan.cfm and sought public comment on the plan as proposed. The public comments received in June and July 2011 are available at http://www.eeoc.gov/laws/regulations/retro-review-comments.pdf.
