    EEO Data Collections

    All filers who have not submitted and certified their mandatory 2022 EEO-5 (Elementary – Secondary Staff Information) report must do so no later than Tuesday, January 10, 2023. The 2022 EEO-3 (Local Union) report deadline is December 5, 2022. See www.eeocdata.org for updates, filing information, and access to the EEO-3 and EEO-5 Online Filing Systems.
