The EEOC and Bass Pro have settled the lawsuit brought by the EEOC by Consent Decree on July 25, 2017 for $10.5 million. The Consent Decree was entered by the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas and provides hiring relief in addition to the monetary relief.
The claims administration process for distribution of monetary relief has started and the parties are seeking persons who applied for jobs at Bass Pro stores between 2007 and 2010.
