**The continuing resolution (CR) passed by Congress on March 21, 2013, provided an annualized level of $370 million. However, that amount was subject to a mandatory 1.877 percent across the board rescission (equal to $6.9 million) and a 0.2 percent across the board rescission (equal to $726,000), in addition to the 5 percent reduction (equal to $18.1 million) required under sequestration. EEOC's final funding is $344.2 million.
