||The Chicago District Office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Everyone visiting our offices must present a photo ID at the building security desk located in the office tower on the third floor.
Individuals wishing to file charges of discrimination may schedule an interview for time slots available at 8:45 a.m., 10:45 a.m., 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday, except federal holidays.
We strongly encourage you to schedule your interview through the online system described below. While walk-ins are accepted until 11:30 am, scheduling an interview is strongly recommended and individuals with appointments will be given priority over walk-ins regardless of your arrival time.
