Yaw Gyebi Jr. Chosen as New Director of EEOC’s New York District Office

WASHINGTON – Yaw Gyebi Jr. has been chosen as the new director of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) New York District Office, the federal agency announced today. Omaha Hospitality Group to Pay $100,000 to Resolve EEOC Disability Discrimination Lawsuit

In Agreement with EEOC, Groupon to Establish Educational Fund for Black Students Pursuing STEM Careers

Pilots and EEOC Reach Settlement with Frontier Airlines over Lactation and Pregnancy Policies

DENVER – Five pilots and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) have reached a settlement with Denver-based Frontier Airlines resolving EEOC charges filed in May 2018 and a lawsuit filed in December 2019 alleging that Frontier discriminates against pregnant and lactating employees.
