Scheduling an interview is strongly recommended and individuals with appointments will be given priority.

The Albuquerque Area Office is open for walk-ins on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., except for Federal holidays. Scheduling an interview is strongly recommended, and individuals with appointments and those whose statute of limitations are about to expire will be given priority. We encourage you to schedule an interview through the EEOC Online Public Portal (https://publicportal.eeoc.gov/).  The system can also be accessed by going directly to our website at https://www.eeoc.gov/.

The office is located in The Dennis Chavez Federal Building at 500 Gold Ave SW on the 6th floor in suite 6401. In order to visit our offices, you will need to present photo identification (e.g. driver’s license, school or employee ID, etc.).   The office is readily accessible to numerous transportation methods. There are several pay for parking lots that are close walking distance to our building, and we have on street metered parking in front and around our building as well.  The Albuquerque Area Office does not validate parking.
