Thirteenth Chair of the EEOC, September 1, 2006 - June 5, 2009

Naomi Churchill Earp was sworn in as Chair of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) on September 1, 2006. Ms. Earp was nominated by President George W.
