EEOC Files Subpoena Enforcement Action Against University of Pennsylvania Over Antisemitic Work Environment

PHILADELPHIA – The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) today announced the filing of an action in federal court to enforce a subpoena issued during its investigation into claims that the University of Pennsylvania engaged in unlawful employment practices by allowing antisemitic harassment to persist and escalate throughout its Philadelphia campus and creating a hostile work environment for Jewish faculty and staff.

Walmart to Pay $415,112 in EEOC Sexual Harassment and Retaliation Suit

Lewisburg, W.V. – Wal-Mart Stores East, LP (Walmart) will pay $415,112 to settle a sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

Inspira Medical Centers to Pay $100,000 to Conciliate EEOC Discrimination Finding
