ASHEVILLE, N.C. – North Georgia Foods, Inc., a Georgia-based company operating as Burger King in Murphy, North Carolina, unlawfully discriminated against a pregnant employee, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) alleged in a lawsuit filed today.
