Allen Theatres to Pay $250,000 in EEOC Class Age Discrimination Lawsuit Involving Health Benefit Plan

ALBUQUERQUE – Allen Theatres, Inc., which operates a chain of movie theaters across New Mexico, Arizona and Colorado, will pay a total of $250,000 to settle an age discrimination lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

EEOC Sues Allen Theatres for Age Discrimination

CLOVIS, N.M. – Allen Theatres, Inc., which operates a chain of movie theaters across New Mexico, Arizona and Colorado, violated federal law when it discriminated against its older employees, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today.

EEOC Sues AMG Specialty Hospital for Sex Harassment by Chief Clinical Officer

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Albuquerque-AMG Specialty Hospital, LLC and Acadiana Management Group, LLC, operating AMG Specialty Hospital in Albuquerque, N.M., violated federal law by subjecting a former female director of case management, Moriah Smith, to a sexually hostile work environment, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today.
