EEOC Sues Autokiniton for Sex, Disability, and Age Discrimination

DETROIT – Tower Automotive Operations USA I, LLC, doing business as Autokiniton, an auto parts manufacturer with a facility in Plymouth, Michigan, violated federal law when it refused to allow an older, female worker with a disability to re-enter its apprenticeship program, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today.

Family Fresh Harvesting Conciliates EEOC Pregnancy Discrimination Charge

DETROIT – Family Fresh Harvesting, LLC, a farm labor contractor which provides temporary H-2A visas to agricultural workers at nurseries in Michigan and farms in Georgia, entered into a conciliation agreement with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to resolve a pregnancy discrimination charge, the federal agency announced today.

Pretium Packaging to Pay $252,768 to Settle EEOC Sex Discrimination Suit
