Insurance Auto Auctions to Pay $175,000 in EEOC Racial Harassment Lawsuit

FREMONT, Calif. — Vehicle auctioneer Insurance Auto Auctions, Inc. will pay $175,000 and provide injunctive relief to resolve a racial harassment lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

EEOC Sues PRC Industries for Racial Harassment and Retaliatory Termination

RENO, Nev. – E-commerce remanufacturer PRC Industries (PRC) violated federal law by tolerating racial harassment of two Black workers and firing them in retaliation for reporting the harassment, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today.

Giertsen to Pay $140,000 to Settle EEOC Race Harassment and Retaliation Lawsuit

MILWAUKEE – A Waukesha, Wisconsin construction and commercial real estate renovation company will pay $140,000 and furnish other relief to settle a lawsuit for racial harassment and retaliation brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.
