Phone Retailer to Pay $107,916 in EEOC Sexual Harassment Lawsuit

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Former cellular phone retailer Wireless World LLC, doing business as Experts Choice, will pay $107,916 to settle a sexual harassment lawsuit against its predecessor Elite Wireless Group, Inc., the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced today.

Monson Fruit to Pay $250,000 in EEOC Sex Harassment Lawsuit

YAKIMA, Wash. — Produce company Monson Fruit Co. will pay $250,000 and provide injunctive relief to resolve a sexual harassment lawsuit by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

Select Staffing to Pay $500,000 in EEOC Sexual Harassment Lawsuit

FRESNO, Calif. – Real Time Staffing Services, LLC, doing business as Select Staffing, will pay $500,000 and furnish injunctive relief to settle a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit, the federal agency announced today. The EEOC brought the lawsuit on behalf of a class of female agricultural workers, including many temporary workers directly employed by Select Staffing.

FRESNO, Calif. – Sunshine Raisin Corp., doing business as National Raisin, will pay $2 million and furnish extensive injunctive relief to settle a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit, the federal agency announced today. HVAC Contractor to Pay $361,000 to Settle EEOC Sexual Harassment Lawsuit

SEATTLE — Spokane Valley-based HVAC contractor Air Control Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., which does business as Air Control Heating & Electric, Inc., has agreed to pay $361,000 to seven current and former female employees and to be subject to federal oversight for a five-year period to resolve a sexual harassment lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.
