GRK Fresh Greek to Pay $32,000 to Settle Sexual Harassment Suit

EEOC Sues CCC Group for Racial Harassment

ALBANY, N.Y. – CCC Group, Inc., violated federal law when it fostered a work environment rife with racist comments and discriminatory work conditions, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed.

Upstate Niagara Cooperative to Pay $1.35 Million to Settle EEOC Sex Discrimination Lawsuit

BUFFALO, N.Y. – Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Inc., a Buffalo dairy cooperative that produces a variety of dairy products, will pay $1,350,000 to female applicants and will provide other relief to settle a lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.
