Culver’s Restaurants Franchisee Settles Two EEOC Race, Sex, and Disability Harassment and Discrimination Cases for $261,000

MINNEAPOLIS – R & G Endeavors, Inc., a fast-food franchisee doing business as Culver’s Restaurants of Cottage Grove, will pay $261,000 and furnish other relief to settle two cases brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), one involving race, sex and sexual orientation-based harassment in the workplace and another involving disability harassment and pay discrimination, the federal agency announced today.

EEOC Sues TKO Construction Services for Sex, Race and Age Discrimination, and Constructive Discharge

MINNEAPOLIS – TKO Construction Services violated federal law when it discriminated against a class of individuals by failing or refusing to hire or assign work to women, Black, or older individuals, and forced an employee to resign who refused to comply with the discriminatory hiring practices, according to a lawsuit the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) filed today.

American Piping Inspection to Pay $250,000 to Settle EEOC Race Discrimination and Retaliation Suit

HOUSTON – American Piping Inspection, Inc. (API), an Oklahoma-based testing and piping inspection services company, agreed to pay $250,000 and to provide other substantial equitable relief to resolve a discrimination and retaliation lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.
