Kentucky Fried Chicken to Pay $200,000 for EEOC Sexual Harassment and Retaliation Charge

MIAMI – Kentucky Fried Chicken Corporation (KFC) agreed to conciliate a sexual hostile work environment and retaliation charge involving two employees at an Orlando KFC location with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

EEOC Sues Waste Pro of Florida for Race Harassment and Retaliation

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Waste Pro of Florida, a waste collection, recycling, processing and disposal company based in Longwood, Florida, violated federal law when it subjected Black employees to racist slurs and then retaliated against them for complaining about the behavior, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit announced today.

EEOC Sues Alto Construction and J.A. Croson for Race Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation
