Tres Hijas Berry Farms to Pay $200,000 in EEOC Sexual Harassment Lawsuit

CAMARILLO, Calif. – Tres Hijas Berry Farms, LLC, will pay $200,000 and furnish injunctive relief to settle a sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today. Pacific Culinary and CB Foods to Pay $245,000 in EEOC Sexual Harassment and Retaliation Lawsuit

LOS ANGELES – California-based Asian food companies Pacific Culinary Group, Inc. and CB Foods, Inc. will pay $245,000 and furnish injunctive relief to settle a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) sexual harassment, retaliation, and constructive discharge lawsuit, the federal agency announced today. Sprouts Farmers Market Resolves EEOC Discrimination Charge

LOS ANGELES – Sprouts Farmers Market, a national grocery chain featuring natural foods, has settled a federal charge of sex discrimination including sexual harassment and retaliation filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

Court Approves EEOC’s $18 Million Settlement with Activision Blizzard

LOS ANGELES – U.S. District Court for the Central District of California has approved and entered the consent decree between Activision Blizzard, Inc. and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), which includes $18 million in monetary relief and significant injunctive relief, the federal agency announced today.
