EEOC Sues United Pride Dairy for National Origin Discrimination and Sexual Harassment

MILWAUKEE – United Pride Dairy LLC, a dairy farm in Phillips, Wisconsin, violated federal law when it subjected three employees of Mexican origin to disparate treatment in the terms and conditions of employment, and also subjected a female employee to sexual harassment, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit announced today.

EEOC Files Subpoena Enforcement Action Against Financial Services Giant Northwestern Mutual Over Allegations of DEI-Related Discrimination

MILWAUKEE – The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity (EEOC) filed an action in federal court today to compel Milwaukee-based financial services provider Northwestern Mutual to produce information about the firm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies and practices, related to the firm’s decision to deny a promotion to one of its compliance officers.

According to the EEOC’s court filing, a Northwestern Mutual employee filed a discrimination charge against the company with the EEOC in March 2025

EEOC Files Subpoena Enforcement Action Against Gallup-McKinley County Schools

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced today a federal court filing to enforce two administrative subpoenas it issued during its investigation into allegations Gallup-McKinley County Schools (GMCS) engaged in intentionally discriminatory hiring and other unlawful employment practices against Native American applicants and employees.
