EEOC Sues Admiral Theatre of Chicago for Sex and Race Discrimination and Retaliation

CHICAGO – Admiral Theatre, Inc., an exotic dance club providing adult entertainment services, violated federal law by subjecting female dancers to hostile and dangerous work conditions, according to a new lawsuit filed by the U.S Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) today.

EEOC Sues Reggio’s Pizza for Retaliation

CHICAGO – Reggio’s Pizza, Inc., which operates restaurants and sells ready-made pizza throughout Chicago, violated federal law when it retaliated against an employee who objected to workplace harassment, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit announced today.

Eagle Services to Pay $100,000 to Resolve EEOC National Origin and Race Discrimination Charge

CHICAGO – Eagle Services, an industrial and environmental cleaning service with locations in Illinois and Indiana, will pay $100,000 in monetary relief to a class of affected employees to voluntarily resolve an employment discrimination charge filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
