WASHINGTON – The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced the opening today of the 2024 EEO-1 Component 1 data collection. In a message to EEO-1 Component 1 filers, EEOC Acting Chair Andrea Lucas reaffirmed the agency’s commitment to protecting the civil rights of all Americans, advancing individual equal opportunity for all, and relentlessly combatting private sector and public sector discrimination.

EEOC Announces Opening of 2022 EEO-1 Component 1 Data Collection

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced the opening today of the 2022 EEO-1 Component 1 data collection due Dec. 5, 2023. To meet this deadline, the EEOC strongly encourages eligible filers to begin the filing process as soon as possible.

The EEO-1 Component 1 report is a mandatory EEOC annual data collection requiring all private sector employers with 100 or more employees, and federal contractors with 50 or more employees meeting

EEOC Announces Opening of 2021 EEO-1 Component 1 Data Collection

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced today that the 2021 EEO-1 Component 1 data collection is now open. The deadline for submitting and certifying 2021 EEO-1 Component 1 Report(s) is May 17, 2022. To meet this deadline, the EEOC strongly encourages eligible filers to begin the filing process as soon as possible.
