EEOC Sues Scalo Restaurant for Sexual Harassment and Retaliation

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Scalo Restaurant, an Albuquerque restaurant located in the city’s Nob Hill neighborhood, violated federal civil rights laws when its male managers sexually harassed female employees and then retaliated against those female workers who spoke out against the abusive conduct, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit announced today.

Academy Mortgage to Pay $75,000 in EEOC Sexual Harassment Charge

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Academy Mortgage Corporation, an Albuquerque mortgage lending company, has entered into a public conciliation agreement with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to resolve a sex discrimination and retaliation charge, the federal agency announced today.

Sandia Transportation Reaches $97,500 Settlement with EEOC in Harassment Case

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – Sandia Transportation, L.L.C. has agreed to pay $97,500 to settle an employment discrimination lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.
