Action Insulation to Pay $40,000 in EEOC Sexual Harassment Lawsuit

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Landmark Dodge, Inc., and Landmark South, Inc. KANSAS CITY, Kan. – National restaurant chain Chipotle Services, Inc. will pay $20,000 and furnish other relief to settle a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) religious harassment, retaliation, and constructive discharge lawsuit, the federal agency announced today.
