Walmart Agrees to Pay $70,000 and Offer Job to Employee in EEOC Disability Discrimination Suit

Parris Pizza Company to Pay $150,000 to Settle EEOC Race Harassment Lawsuit

BUFFALO, N.Y. – Parris Pizza Company, LLC, the former owner of a Domino’s Pizza franchise in Olean, New York, has agreed to pay $150,000 and provide other relief to resolve a racial harassment lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

Red Barchetta LLC Settles EEOC Disability Discrimination Lawsuit

ELKINS, W.Va. – Red Barchetta LLC, a Holiday Inn Express & Suites-brand franchisee in Elkins, West Virginia, will pay $40,000 to settle a disability discrimination lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) on behalf of a former employee, the federal agency announced today.
