EEOC Sues Sandia Transportation for Harassment of Female Employees

EEOC Sues PRC Industries for Racial Harassment and Retaliatory Termination

EEOC Sues Alto Construction and J.A. Croson for Race Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation

Eagle Services to Pay $100,000 to Resolve EEOC National Origin and Race Discrimination Charge

CHICAGO – Eagle Services, an industrial and environmental cleaning service with locations in Illinois and Indiana, will pay $100,000 in monetary relief to a class of affected employees to voluntarily resolve an employment discrimination charge filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

EEOC Announces Opening of 2021 EEO-1 Component 1 Data Collection

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced today that the 2021 EEO-1 Component 1 data collection is now open. EEOC Chair Applauds Passage of Ending Forced Arbitration Act
