Walmart to Pay $60,000 in EEOC Disability Discrimination Lawsuit

NEW YORK – Global retailer Walmart will pay $60,000 and provide other relief to settle a disability discrimination suit by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

EEOC Recovers $135,000 for Florida Employees Under Pregnant Workers Fairness Act

MIAMI – The Miami District of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) successfully conciliated two discrimination charges on behalf of pregnant women, the federal agency announced today.

$21 Million Payout Process Begins in Columbia University Antisemitism Settlement with EEOC
