Jumbo Supermarket Will Pay $20,000 to Settle EEOC Age Discrimination Suit

BALTIMORE – Maryland Health Management, LLC, doing business as Nature’s Medicines, and AMMA Investment Group, LLC violated federal law when they subjected employees to sexual harassment, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit it announced today. OneSource Staffing Settles EEOC Discrimination Charges

PHILADELPHIA — The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Wilkes-Barre, Pa.-based staffing firm OneSource Staffing, LLC reached a voluntary conciliation agreement to resolve two discrimination charges, the federal agency announced today.

Capital City Dental Care to Pay $100,000 To Settle EEOC Age Discrimination Suit
