Operating Status

The Cincinnati Area Office will be closed on Thursday, March 26, 2026, due to city planned special event that will cause significant traffic congestion, parking restrictions, and road closures.

The Miami District Office will be closed on Friday, March 27 due to significant road closures and detours in downtown Miami. The office will reopen on Monday, March 30.

All EEOC offices will be closed April 3.

The Birmingham office is temporarily closed for construction until May 26, 2026. For more information, see: https://www.eeoc.gov/field-office/birmingham/location.

The Mobile, Alabama office is closed for relocation. For more information, see: https://www.eeoc.gov/field-office/mobile/location.
