Seattle Field Office Internship

The Seattle Field Office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is seeking applications from qualified and highly motivated students for its summer internship program. The EEOC is the federal agency charged with enforcing federal laws prohibiting employment discrimination.

Investigator Interns will be involved in all phases of the investigative process, including but not limited to 1) interviewing parties and witnesses to gather relevant evidence; 2) reviewing EEOC guidelines and applicable legal memoranda in the development of requests for information and documents; 3) observe and/or participate in on-site investigations; 4) submitting written analysis and recommendations regarding disposition of cases.

Applicants should have strong analytical, communication, and writing skills. Interns should be prepared to commit to 10-20 hours a week of in office work.
