Federal Training & Outreach

Preventing employment discrimination from occurring in the federal workplace is preferable to trying to deal with the consequences of discrimination. EEOC is committed to providing training and technical assistance, outreach and educational programs to assist employers, employees and stakeholder groups understand and prevent discrimination. We believe that discrimination can be averted if federal agencies and their employees know their legal rights and responsibilities. EEOC can help you meet the goal of making your federal agency a Model Agency.

Please include in your email information on the topics you wish to have covered in your training, as well as your time frame, location for the training, and a point of contact.
