Specialized Staffing Solutions Settles EEOC Discrimination Charge

DETROIT – Specialized Staffing Solutions, a South Bend, Indiana-based staffing agency that places temporary employees with business clients across various industries, resolved a charge of national origin, race, sex and disability discrimination filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

Beaumont Health to Pay $30,000 in EEOC Race Discrimination Lawsuit

DEARBORN, Mich. – Beaumont Health (now Corewell Health) will pay $30,000 and furnish other relief to settle a race discrimination lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

Proctor Financial to Pay $67,000 to Settle EEOC Retaliation Suit and Avoid Trial

DETROIT – Proctor Financial, Inc., an insurance company based in Troy, Michigan that provides insurance products for residential and commercial properties, will pay $67,000 to settle a retaliation lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
