Crain Automotive Holdings to Pay $47,500 in Federal Employment Lawsuit

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark.– Crain Automotive Holdings, LLC, operator of automobile dealership Crain Kia of Bentonville, Arkansas, will pay $47,500 and furnish other relief to settle a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) retaliation lawsuit, the federal agency announced today.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Aaron Thomas Company, Inc., a national contract packaging company, will pay $450,000 and provide other relief to resolve a federal lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Aaron Thomas Company, Inc., a distribution company, and Supreme Staffing, LLC, a staffing agency, both based in Memphis, violated federal law by denying individuals employment on the bases of race, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) alleged in a suit filed this week.
