P.F. Chang’s to Pay $80,000 for Religious Discrimination

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc., a nationwide restaurant operator, agreed to pay $80,000 to a job applicant who alleged he was not hired because of his request for a religious accommodation, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced today.

Infinity Rehab Will Pay to Resolve Covid Vaccine Mandate-Related EEOC Religious Discrimination Charge

MINNEAPOLIS – Premiere Rehab (doing business as Infinity Rehab), a rehabilitation and therapy service provider with locations in 18 states, including Minnesota, has agreed to resolve a discrimination charge filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today. EEOC Sues Hank’s Furniture for Religious Discrimination

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Arkansas-based Hank’s Furniture, Inc., a retail seller of home furniture with stores in four states, violated federal law by refusing to accommodate the sincerely held religious beliefs of an assistant store manager in Pensacola, Florida and then firing her, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today.
