Mueller Co. and IH Services to Pay $150,000 to Settle EEOC Sexual Harassment and Retaliation Suit

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Mueller Co. LLC, a nationwide manufacturer and seller of gas and water distribution products, and IH Services, Inc., which provides cleaning services in Mueller facilities, agreed to pay $150,000 and provide other relief to settle claims of sexual harassment and retaliation in a lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

EEOC Sues TCI of Alabama for Retaliation

EEOC Sues Singley Construction for Disability Discrimination and Retaliation

JACKSON, Miss. – Singley Construction Company, Inc., a Columbia, Mississippi-based company specializing in environmental and remediation services, violated federal law when it failed to accommodate an employee’s disability and then retaliated against her for requesting accommodation and filing a charge with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the agency charged in a lawsuit filed on July 31.
