EEOC Sues LM Wind Power for Race Harassment and Retaliation

GRAND FORKS, N.D. – LM Wind Power Blades, Inc, a wind turbine blade manufacturer, violated federal law when it subjected an African American employee to a racially hostile work environment and then retaliated against him for complaining, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed May 4, 2023.

EEOC Sues Mueller Co., LLC and IH Services, Inc. for Sexual Harassment and Retaliation

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Delaware-based Mueller Co., LLC and South Carolina-based IH Services, Inc. violated federal law by subjecting female IH Services employees to a hostile work environment based on sex and retaliating against them when they complained, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed on May 1, 2023.

EEOC Sues Dillard’s for Retaliation

ATLANTA – Dillard’s, Inc., a national department store chain based in Little Rock, Arkansas, violated federal law when it fired a long-tenured, high-achieving employee after she complained of discrimination and asked about a pregnancy accommodation, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today.

Total Employment and Management to Pay $276,000 to Resolve EEOC National Origin, Retaliation Charge
