EEOC Sues North American Stamping Group for Sex Discrimination

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – NASG Realty, LLC., (doing business as North American Stamping Group), a manufacturer of stamped metal components and welded assemblies for the automotive industry, violated federal law by failing to hire and promote female employees to certain production jobs and subjecting female employees to a sexually hostile work environment, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit announced today.

EEOC Sues Culver’s for Discriminating Against Transgender Employee and Retaliating Against Him and His Co-Workers

CLARKSTON, Mich. – Five related entities operating Culver’s restaurants in Michigan violated federal law when they fired a transgender employee and three of his colleagues after they complained about harassment, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today. The EEOC said the harassment included repeated misgendering, deadnaming (using a name a person no longer uses against their wishes) and publicizing his birth name without consent.

EEOC Sues Ephraim McDowell Health For Sex Discrimination And Retaliation

INDIANAPOLIS – Ephraim McDowell Health, Inc. (EMH), headquartered in Danville, Kentucky, violated federal law by denying a female employee a promotion because of her sex and retaliated against her after she filed a discrimination charge, the U.S Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit it filed today.

EEOC and Resourceful Environmental Services Agree to Conciliate Sexual Orientation Charge
