Maryland Department of Health’s Thomas B. Finan Center to Pay $270,000 in EEOC Sex Discrimination Lawsuit

EEOC Sues LeachGarner for Sex Discrimination

BOSTON – LeachGarner, Inc., a metallurgical manufacturer and supplier, violated federal law when it discriminated against a class of female employees by segregating its manufacturing workforce by sex and paying them less than male production workers at its Attleboro, Massachusetts facility, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today.

EEOC Sues Route 22 Sports Bar, Inc. And Crazy Mexican Restaurant & Grill, LLC For Sexual Harassment And Retaliation

WEIRTON, W.V. – Route 22 Sports Bar, Inc. and Crazy Mexican Restaurant & Grill, LLC, two restaurants in Weirton, W.V., subjected female workers to sexual harassment and fired a bartender for reporting it, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit it announced today.

Davis & Davis Enterprise Settles EEOC Equal Pay Lawsuit
