Giertsen to Pay $140,000 to Settle EEOC Race Harassment and Retaliation Lawsuit

EEOC Chair Applauds Passage of Ending Forced Arbitration Act

WASHINGTON – The Chair of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) welcomed the President’s signing of the Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act, H.R. 4445, into law today at a White House ceremony.

EEOC Sues Verona Area School District for Pay Discrimination

CHICAGO – Verona Area School District (VASD), which serves Verona and parts of Fitchburg and Madison, Wisconsin, violated federal law when it paid female special education teachers and a school psychologist lower wages than male employees doing the same work, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit it filed today.

EEOC Sues Moore & Morford for Sexual Harassment and Retaliation
