South Valley Care Center to Pay $75,000 in EEOC Age Discrimination and Retaliation Lawsuit

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – South Valley Care Center, LLC, a long-term care facility in Albuquerque, agreed to pay $75,000 to settle an age discrimination and retaliation lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

ALBUQUERQUE – Allen Theatres, Inc., which operates a chain of movie theaters across New Mexico, Arizona and Colorado, will pay a total of $250,000 to settle an age discrimination lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

EEOC Sues Allen Theatres for Age Discrimination

CLOVIS, N.M. – Allen Theatres, Inc., which operates a chain of movie theaters across New Mexico, Arizona and Colorado, violated federal law when it discriminated against its older employees, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today.
