EEOC Sues Piedmont Cheerwine Bottling Company for Disability Discrimination

EEOC Sues Wilson Logistics for Violating the Americans with Disabilities Act

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) sued Missouri- based trucking company Transportation Management Group, doing business as Wilson Logistics, for violating federal law when it refused to hire a deaf job applicant because of his disability.

EEOC Sues PepsiCo for Failing to Accommodate and Firing a Blind Employee

GREENSBORO, N.C. – PepsiCo Beverage Sales, LLC violated federal law when it failed to provide a reasonable accommodation to and fired a blind employee in its North Carolina call center, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today.

PNM Reaches $750,000 Settlement with EEOC in ADA Disability and Retaliation Case

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Public Service Company of New Mexico and PNMR Services Co. will pay $750,000 to settle an employment discrimination lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employ­ment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.
