EEOC Sues Boss Man Tacos for Sexual Harassment

INDIANAPOLIS – Bossman Tacos, LLC, doing business as Boss Man Tacos, violated federal law at its Highland, Indiana restaurant by subjecting female employees to a hostile work environment because of their sex, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit announced today.

EEOC Sues GEM Management For Sexual Harassment

INDIANAPOLIS – GEM Management, LLC, a property management company specializing in affordable housing headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, violated federal civil rights law when it subjected an employee to sexual harassment and constructive discharge, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today.

Pilot Plastics Conciliates EEOC Sex Discrimination and Retaliation Finding

CLEVELAND — Pilot Plastics, which operated a plastics manufacturing company in Peninsula, Ohio, has agreed to pay $52,500 in monetary relief to a former employee to resolve a sex discrimination and retaliation charge filed with the U.
