EEOC Sues Paia Inn for Sexual Harassment and Retaliation

HONOLULU – Paia Inn, a hotel on the North Shore of Maui, violated federal law when its owner sexually harassed a class of young female employees and terminated those who complained or tried to address the rampant sexual harassment, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today.

FRESNO, Calif. – Real Time Staffing Services, LLC, doing business as Select Staffing, will pay $500,000 and furnish injunctive relief to settle a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit, the federal agency announced today. Honolulu Restaurant and HR Company to Pay $115,000 in EEOC Sexual Harassment Lawsuit

EEOC Sues Mexico Restaurant for Sexual and Racial Harassment

HONOLULU – The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) filed a lawsuit against Mexico Restaurant, Inc., a local restaurant on the island of Oahu in Hawaii, for racial and sexual harassment, the federal agency announced today.
