Stan Koch & Sons Trucking to Pay $165,000 to Settle EEOC Retaliation Lawsuit

CHICAGO – Stan Koch & Sons Trucking, Inc., a Minnesota-based transportation company, will pay $165,000 and furnish other relief to settle a retaliation case brought by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

PML Services to Pay $60,000 to Settle EEOC Disability Discrimination Suit

MILWAUKEE – The company that operates the IHG Army Hotel at Fort McCoy in Wisconsin will pay $60,000 to settle a disability discrimination lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

EEOC Releases UPS from Future Consent Decree Reporting Obligations

CHICAGO – The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has, with court approval, released United Parcel Services, Inc. (UPS) from its remaining obligations under a consent decree that in 2017 settled a lawsuit filed by the agency alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Brock Services to Pay $35,000 to Settle EEOC Disability Discrimination Lawsuit

HOUSTON – Brock Services, LLC, has agreed to pay $35,000 to settle a disability discrimination lawsuit filed by the U.S Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the agency announced today.

EEOC Sues Conroe Hospital for Retaliation

HOUSTON – The Woodlands Psychiatry and Counseling Company, a hospital in Conroe, Texas, violated federal law when it fired an employee for making a discrimination charge to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.
