Lilly to Pay $2.4 Million to Settle Nationwide EEOC Age Discrimination Lawsuit

Community Hospital to Pay $158,000 to Settle EEOC Disability Discrimination Lawsuit

INDIANAPOLIS – Munster Medical Research Foundation, Inc., doing business as Community Hospital, agreed to pay $158,000, rehire a former registered nurse and adopt policy changes to settle a lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

EEOC Sues TKO Construction Services for Sex, Race and Age Discrimination, and Constructive Discharge

MINNEAPOLIS – TKO Construction Services violated federal law when it discriminated against a class of individuals by failing or refusing to hire or assign work to women, Black, or older individuals, and forced an employee to resign who refused to comply with the discriminatory hiring practices, according to a lawsuit the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) filed today.

Community Hospital Sued by EEOC for Disability Discrimination

INDIANAPOLIS – The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) today announced a suit it filed against Munster Medical Research Foundation, Inc., operators of Community Hospital, located in Munster, Indiana, for failing to accommodate an employee with a disability.
